Dear Parents,

 

The selection of candidates for admission to Al-Kon (Global) International School is based on Academic qualification. Students will be assessed based on entrance exams covering:

• Reading and language arts skills in English

• Computation and problem-solving skills in Mathematics

• General science skills in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Grades 7 and above) 

• Pre-School applicants are admitted on the basis of a qualifying interview

 

Age limits:

• KG1: Student must be born before October 14, 2014

• KG2: Student must be born before October 24, 2013

• KG3: Student must be born before November 4, 2012

• Gr 1: Student must be born before February 14, 2012

 

Acceptance and Waiting List:

 

Al-Kon (Global) International School will accept the best performing students based on their entrance exams until class capacity is reached. After that, students who passed the entrance exam will be placed on the waiting list. The waiting list will be ordered by students' performances in the entrance exam. If a vacancy opens up, the first student on the waiting list will be accepted.

 

Required Documents:

 

The following documents are Required by the Saudi Ministry of Education for registering students in grades 1-12:

1. Student passport ( showing the entry Visa)

2. Student Iqama

3. Student Birth Certificate

4. Approval Request to join Global Int. School

5. Original previous school report card certified by the Ministry of Education.

6. Copy of immunization card

7. Transfer letter from the previous school

8. Copy of Vaccination Card and student Medical Record

9. Copy of ID Card for Saudi Students only

                

N.B:Students cannot complete their registration without these documents
