Documents Required for Registering New Students

as per Saudi Ministry of Education

• A copy of the father’s valid passport

• A copy of the father’s valid Iqamas 

• A copy of the student’s valid passport

• A copy of the student’s valid Iqama

• A copy of the student’s birth certificate

• A copy of the student’s vaccination card

• Original school report cards for the latest 3 years for boys

• Original school report cards from grade 1 till the latest grade level for girls

• Leaving certificate from the previous school

• Two passport-size photos

• Approved registration permission from the Saudi Ministry of Education for every student coming from a school outside Saudi Arabia, or from a school whose curriculum differs from our school curricula

Documents Required for Renewing Registration   

•  A copy of the student’s valid Iqama

•  A copy of the student’s valid passport

•  A copy of the father’s valid Iqama

•  A copy of the father’s valid passport

All of the above documents must be submitted prior to or upon registration.
